Here are some warm-up techniques I use everyday when I pick up the guitar–great for getting the fingers moving and all the licks are useful for soloing–hope you dig it!

I’ve been playing for a good while, this is one of the best warm ups I’ve seen- anywhere! Andy starts off with a simple run that gets your neck and pick hands moving. He then builds and adds great hammer ons, pushes and pulls for strength and dexterity. Your experience doesn’t matter, he will show and you will learn something new to use everyday.

Enjoyed watching this Andy. I have a friend just starting to play and I think he would like this too. Right now he is working on the chords in The Wind Cries Mary- do you have a video by chance about these chords?

    Thanks –

Rt on–this is a nice version. We were asked to recreate the entire Monterey performance so it was a task, many songs I had only played rarely but it was so much fun.
